The Concept2 Workout of the Day (WOD) has been running for over 15 years now and it's become one our most popular training tools. In the early days, we offered three RowErg WODs (short, medium, long) that were only available on our website. Then we added the ability to get the WODs delivered to your email, which proved to be big plus for people who wanted daily motivation to hop on their RowErg. Next, we added in WODs for the SkiErg and the BikeErg.
Our free app ErgData added yet another WOD bonus in 2022—automatic set up of the Workout of the Day on your Performance Monitor (PM5) from the ErgData app. ErgData makes it easier than ever to do the WOD, and we’ve been seeing the number of people doing it increase steadily. In fact, on March 29, 2024, we hit a milestone of one million ErgData WODs completed!
For the last couple of years now, we've been running our WOD Week Challenge in September. This challenge motivates you to complete the WOD at least five days during WOD Week. This is a great challenge that will get you in the routine of checking out the daily WOD, while earning some prizes, too.
