There are a number of apps that can provide real-time feedback, tracking and guidance to help improve your technique.
If you prefer company when erging, or would like to take a live or on-demand virtual class, the following apps offer a group experience.

If you like variety in your workouts or are a gamer at heart, then one of the following apps might be for you. Row or ride along a collection of routes both virtual and real.
If you use a BikeErg, you can connect to most of the virtual online cycling platforms like Zwift, OpenRoad and MyWhoosh.
If you use a fitness platform like Strava or Garmin Connect and want to see your Concept2 workouts in there, the easiest way is to use ErgData to send your workouts to the Concept2 Online Logbook. You can then connect your Online Logbook account to send your workouts automatically to several different platforms, including Strava, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks, CrewLAB, FitBit and Final Surge.
