Technique

Training plans

We have a number of different plans in our Training section. These are mostly based around training three or four days a week, and include plans for 2000m, 5000m, 30 minutes and more.

Workout of the Day

If you want easy access to workout ideas, then check out our Workout of the Day. Using our ErgData app, it’s easy to set this up on the monitor. Our daily leaderboard also provides inspiration and motivation for athletes.

Motivate Your Membership

We have a number of different motivational programs to engage your users. 

Our famous Million Meter Club has been running for over 30 years and celebrates everyone that reaches this milestone with free prizes. All your athletes need to do is track all their meters. The easiest way to do this is by using an app like ErgData that connects to our Online Logbook.

We also have a wide range of online challenges like the Holiday Challenge, as well as team events like the World Erg Challenge. Many reward consistency and total meters, not speed, giving people incentive to work out regularly.

For athletes looking for workout ideas, our Workout of the Day provides daily inspiration, while for those who are motivated by competition and performance, our Online Rankings let them see how they compare with others over a range of different distances and times.
