Customizing Your BikeErg

Pedal Removal

The right-hand pedal on the BikeErg is a right-hand thread and the left side pedal has a left-hand thread. Hold the opposite crank for leverage. Using either a 6mm allen key (included with all machines shipped after 1/1/2018) or a 15mm pedal wrench, remove left pedal by turning clockwise. Remove right pedal by turning counterclockwise.

Custom Pedal Installation

To add your own pedals to the BikeErg, follow your pedal manufacturer’s installation instructions. Grease threads of pedals before installing.
